We chose Harjit Benwath to sell our house for several reasons; she was professional in every respect and demonstrated from the start (with a lengthy, bound written appraisal) that she was willing to work to sell our house. Further, she seemed honest in her appraisal of our house, and most importantly had every confidence that we would sell for higher than an appraisal by another agent! She had a sales strategy from the start, provided us with a ‘to-do’ list and insisted on professional photographs. In our experience, Harjit Benwath was nothing short of amazing and I would certainly have no hesitation in engaging her again for any future sales and recommending her to my family and friends.
